ive never had a 220 or a dc30, but i can tell you that my new 320 with the dc40 collars sure beat the heck out of the Tracker system. with the short antenna on the receiver, i can get 1.5 miles before losing signal, thats in medium terrain, lots of trees and shallow hills. havent tried the long antenna. (hope i never have to walk further than that) can hunt three nights before recharging the collars on a 5 sec. refresh interval. so about 18-20 hours. |

Only prob with my dc 40 with my astro 220 is it takes alot longer for it to be picked up on my Garmin then my dc 30. Outdoor Hub mobile, the outdoor information engine |
