I am waiting for mine to show up. Does anyone on here have any practical experience with it?

I have a sportdog 1800,been using it for about 4 years now, the problem with the collars is when you are hunting in and around water sometimes moisture enters the unit, sometimes you can dry it out and it will work sometimes I have had to send them in. sportdog honors their warranty goodand sometimes they will take care of you out of warranty for nothing. i am not familar to the 1825 but if they have the little black rubber cover over the charging port make sure it is secure before going out. but other that that they hold up real good.

thanks for the info hounddog2000.I also ran the 1800 for about 4 years. I had to replace batteries in both collars at 3 years then my transmitter stopped working. Contacted sportdog and they treated me right on the new 1825. I've had it about 2 weeks and really like it so far. Cradle two hour charger takes care of the water prob for the collars , more range ,better batteries, all around better system and great service from them!

Anybody out there familiar with the sportdog sporthunter 1825? Reading about this unit it sounds a little complicated. Was wondering if it is easy to change stimulation settings quickly. For instance if a dog isn't responding to the level of stimulation and you need to up the stimulation right now, how hard is it to do? Also how hard is it to switch between dogs? Thanks

If I was you get the 3225....farther range........As far as using it, it is pretty simple. Buttons and toggle switch to push for each dog. Toggle swith up controls 3 dogs, toggle switch down controls the 3 other dogs.

Dial on the transmitter controls the intensity level........Button under transmitter also can be set for 4 different stimulation levels.
