my light keeps going off on me was going to see if anyones knows what maybe wrong. I have a 28 volt bright eyes belt light warranty ran out in january now just last night and tonight when i turn it on high sometimes and if i adjust the spot it makes kinda of a buzzing sound and goes off. the buzzing sound comes from the head any of you light experts or tinkers kow what maybe the problem its not blowing the bulb just going off.

There are metal bars in the head that move the reflector sounds like they are touching the bulb socket or the plates bringing power to the bulb. Should just have to take out the reflector and find where touching and bend the metal a little. Is it a new bulb or was it dropped sometimes the filaments move without blowing bulb and both high and low side is on. I'd check the bulb first then check inside the head.

try a differrent head with the same bulb. if that dont work its most likely in the switch.
