i was runnin my redbone (fancy) the other night an after we was all said an done i noticed a limp an alot of swellin in her right front ankle down into her foot, i rubbed it an it didnt bother her much till the next mornin. now the swellin has gone down considerably but she still favors it a lil bit could it be that she totally " blew" everything apart in her foot or jus a severe sprain . if either one what can i do to subside the pain or help heal it up??? thanks for any suggestions or comments
