Take the pup to the VET.

Example why -- A guy posted recently on here asking questions like you on his 3 month old and some were saying the pup didn't have Parvo -- he took the pup to the vet and the pup indeed had Parvo.

Somethings are better to let the Vet diagnose than opinions on a forum - as you will get many different opinions -- the problem is which one is correct?

I agree, take the pup to the vet. If you think its a tooth look in the dog's mouth for a fresh, open tooth socket but blood from losing a tooth shouldn't be dark it should be pinkish because it is only a little blood mixed with saliva. Usually when they lose a tooth they swallow it and the owner never notices unless the dog is chewing on a bone or toy and blood shows up on it. The grass/puke makes me think it could be something else. If the dog has something caught in its digestive tract it may be eating grass to try to dislodge it. Internal bleeding can be dark red.

Its a natural wild canine way of getting rit of stomach worms. i learned this as a kid 60 yrs ago. I've seen tapes & round worms intangled in the grass they threw up. There was'nt any worm med then. My grandma use to feed her snuff spit to the dogs & cats. I may be full of it  LOL !!!

Tell you the truth I doubt a Vet could tell you why a dog eats grass. I've always been told up-set stomach, or worms. I'd wager dogs been eating grass since dogs became dogs, Wouldn't worry about the grass eating...Unless they start mooing that is.
