 Post subject: Lump on neck

My redbone has a lump on her neck I got her in January and have been giving ivormectin orally what could the lump be on the side of her neck

How close is it to the bottom jaw and is it semi soft or hard? Sometimes the saliva glands can get clogged and fill with spit and a bit of blood, you can take a siringe and stick it in the lump to see if you can draw any fluid out; if it looks like bloody spit then u got a backed up gland. Antibiotics and draining it with a siringe should help it go away if not then the vet will recommend it be removed.
