Any tell tale signs of a dogs age. Got an ol walker that's suppose to be over the hill maby even dead but acts like she's maby 4 or 5 teeth don't look bad, still jumps high, never acts sore. I believe someone did some paper switching on me. I don't really care she's a heck of a dog but just wondered how old she really is.

Look at how much gray is in her face. Usually a dog don't start getting gray till about 6 to 8 years old, and progresses as they get older.

There really is no way to tell how old a dog is. Some dogs never get grey in muzzle so do at 2. Teeth aren't the best indicator either cause a dog that chews alot could look like it was 8 not 1. You could see if any of the dogs in her ped are DNA reg that would be your best bet if you really want to know. Good luck.

Lol I got an ol bluetick who walks or trots hunting he is slow as hell and barks every breath on track. And this walker is supposed to be older and she goes 100 mph all the time. And if she gets loose in the yard you'll catch her at a tree not before, unless she stops to eat some trash out of our barrel.
