I have a english bitch with for lack of proper terminology loks like she has breast cancer can she be helped with surgery

That is answer only a VET will be able to tell you after proper testing.

Just like humans, animals live and die by cancer. Just like humans, animal cancer comes in different formats and severity. Not all cases are the same, just like humans.

Take the dog to the VET to properly diagnose.

Maybe your over thinking and it isn't anything bad, maybe something like mastitis or an abscess.

If she has recently been in heat and this showed up right after get her to a vet asap.
