I would definitely get her started on some wet food to get her interested in eating. A mixture of wet and dry grain free food is a good start. Tractor supply is a good source for affordable grain free selections. If it turns out to be a fungus you will more than likely fight it forever. But they do sell some products kept in the horse section some will say they are okay for dogs. A vet will blow you out for about 300 bucks and a good chance you will leave with a lighter wallet and no clue what's wrong with your dog.
