Post subject:  My Dog has a large Lump?
I have a 10 y/o female Bluetick I just bought from a guy I new she was a good hunter and he Basicly Gave her to me But in the past couple days iv noticed a large Lump in her Udder area in front of the back leg hangin down real low. any ideas what this may be? Im going to get her into the vet when i can. The lump is about the size of a grapefruit.

Wow that's a big lump to miss!!!!!!
It could be anything from an old case of mastitis. To a malignant tumor. There's really no sure way to tell what it might be other than a biopsy from the vet. The fella that sold her must be laughing all the way to the bank.

Took the dog to the vet friday. They Didnt Know what it was. they took fluid out of it and the fluid looked like urine They said they were gona do some tests on it and call me back but i still havnt heard anything. The vet said she thought it was maybe her bladder fell out of her stomach due to a tear or somthing where the muscles hook to the Pelvic.??

Vet called today and Said the fluid was syrup Witch came from a deep bruising She asked me if i kicked the dog or knew of somone that did cause thats what it came from.
