I have a 6 year old female that I had bred about 3 years ago and she had a false pregnancy. I just recently had her bred again this past august and she had a total of 13 pups! this was her first litter, she had 10 live pups over a 24 hour period and she still continued to push, so roughly 36 hours after having the first pup i took her to the vet where they removed 3 pups that were dead. she lost all but three pups from the litter. my question is after all of this should i breed her again or not.

A first litter is harder for the dog than later litters. After the first litter stretches everything the following litters usually go easier.
