I have a 3 year old clover dog that gets so hot he staggers,.rolls and digs trying to cool i guess. Never seen a dog get this hot. Hes a big dog and an excitable tree dog. About one tree and his hunts over for about twenty or thirty minutes (if theres water at hand) ANY IDEAS

Ya don't run him in the heat as much If he can't handle it. A week ago I went and bought one of them plastic kiddie pools from Walmart. My blue dog doesn't use it but the other two absolutely love it. They lay down in it and just their head is out of the water. Lol. It sure helps them beat the heat.
