I got a female dog that has sores under her eyes and i cant get them to heal up i think its caused from weeds when shes running a track but not shure any ideas would help thanks

One of my dogs had sores aswell about a month back. He loves running bean fields andi think thats what caused it. I just washed his eyes frequently and it cleared up. It took a week or a week and a half though.
