I was hunting with a kid and his pup last night. it was a new place for us so we didnt know the area. She treed one right off the first cast but when we left the tree she jumped over a log and stepped right on a shard of glass! She was bleeding like a sieve last night but slowly stopped on the way home. I am taking her to the vet today to treat her and to see how long she will be out of commission. Anyone else have a problem with littering in the woods?

Sittin a hound on the bench for an injury is heartbreaking. They don't understand why they're not going. My dogs and I magine your hound would hunt would still hunt their butts off with three legs!!

Yeah, no kiddin! Everytime we leave she jumps around and goes nuts! Im afraid she will break the scab open again so Im just going to wait untill it heals more to take the other out again.
