over the counter "beano" or "gas x" or baby mylacalm (sp) some dogs are just gasier then others.. what are you feeding your pup? Lamb & rice feed tends to be easier on the belly.

My pup is the same way. He has been on lamb and rice for quite some tmie. But man, he can sure crop dust the room.

As my girlfriend says "It burns your nostrils".

I dont mind it so much though.... I can now blame some of mine on him!

Our dogs were fed one brand of chicken based dog food and then we switched them to another brand of chicken based dog food. They ate this diet for about three months and had bad gas the entire time, so it wasn't just a matter of getting used to the new diet. We're switching them back because obviously this food isn't right for them. It is a food that a lot of people swear by so it's not a bad food, just not for them.

It may be that whatever you're feeding your dog is a good food, but it's just not right for him.

thanks, the food i am feeding is also a very repitable food. all my other dogs has no problem with it. i am going to continue to stick with it because she does not act any different than the others. i am hoping she will grow out of it so i will give it a few more weeks.

thanks, anthony
