i gota little supose to be house dog but he stay in th bk yard because he is so hyper an culdnt get him house trained. wenever i go bk there he is always hyper an jumping up on me an jus bn wild. went out there 1 day an he was jus moving slow nit hyper at all. looks rough on him to get from a laying position. he also kind of cowers down wen i go to pet him up. he is in the garage now an wen i go out there i have to realy mess with him to get up or he will jus lay there, not normal for him AT ALL usualy he wuld jump rite up soon as he heard the door opening. its wierd because he is still constantly wagging his tail real hard like he is excited but his body jus cant do wat he wants...been forcin gatorade down to him but he wont drink it on his own an he is not eatin

I'd take him to the vet for an x-ray and checkup. If he's usually jumping all over the place he could have a back injury or internal injury. Being kept in a garage, it's also possible he ate something he should not eat and it's stuck causing a blockage (tools, screws, cleaning rags, stuff like that). Check his feet to make sure he doesn't have any cuts on them or any broken toenails that might make him not want to move.
