Male hound has sore but, enlarged has trouble pooping, but looks like swelled hemorrhoids when he does poop stool are flat and folded. I have had him on 1000 mil of penicillin for two weeks (per vet instructions. but is not as enlarged but still tender. Could this be a gland problem??/ Thanks in advance for any feed back
