i was wondering how well the garmins work with the long range hounds for bobcat and lions, I run coons and my dog never gets over a mile away, I don't know how they would work in mountains or rough terrain for lion or bobcat hunting any information would be appreciated.

I bought one from gandermtn that some one had returnd and still had his extra two dog collars programmed in it and here in Kansas it's flat but at 50 miles away it still points the way to his dog on saterday nights lol
