I see that ya'll are from PA, just a few states north of me. so I am cutting fool to an extent about coming up there for a wilderness experience, but not too much. You see, we got Florida boys coming up to SC acting like they were coming to the Wilderness. Yes , I can but most cant. #1 few coons are out in day, don't you watch TV?? They are nocturnal. The reason I can is because I have straight coondogs natuarally ,and the coons feed more on the moon and tides more than the sunshine. LOL/code]

We hunted one night the night before shot gun season and lost my dog. well i was around seven and i was very worried my dog was going to get shot. so my dad took the next day off of work to go look for her. after i got on the bus and my dad pulled in to were we lost her right as a deer hunter was pulling in. my dad told him the dog was out there and the guy said well if i see your dog i am going to kill it. my dad said its my sons dog so please dont. the same day the man called the phone number of the collor and gave him back so we got realy lucky. im 14 now and we havent hunted the night before slug season for 7 years. but last night was the first night we hunted the night before shot gun seasen.
