we hunt them up here with hounds and i wish they came to us while were treeing!! but just find a good fightin dog, plus your coon dogs could take atleast 2 of them... the tracking/finding part you have got that done, that's the hard part now just kill'em

If my cur jumped on a yote i'd pity that yote. My cur about killed my brothers border collie the first time they fought. And the cur was on his chain, the border collie was loose. Not to metion he got into a fight with my landlords plott hound and now the plott has a perminite limp.

the bad part around here is you can carry a gun out of season so if me or my dogs get jumped on bye yote i either let the dogs handle it or get a big stick and start swangin

All I got is a 3-cell maglite. Their not really aggresive down here as from what you guys are saying about them. But if they were, I'd be screwed!

They are bad agressive down this way too kill every one I get the chance to always will. I heard that you can put out big trebele hooks with meat on the and you can fish forem off of trre limbs like yoyo fishing. Soakin chunks of foam rubber in food grease will clear em out too if you try these keep the dogs up till your done.

i ahve not had any problems yet but i guess it with just take some time for them to start botheren me i have had fox stand arond and watch the dogs and me

In my understanding, if you shoot an alpha male, another animal will rise to the leader of the pack. Sometimes a female can be the leader of the pack.

The way I see it is if I get one and they keep it up. I will go after the whole pack. Them yotes don't want me and my dog on them wause we'll get all of em.

i also heard on another site they said if you have to shoot 75% of the yote in one area to make any difference. ou shoot one or a group another one comes to claim that area. and they thing about the treble hook hangin from a tree liimb is messin up and unethical you catch coons bobcats fox yote and anthing else that eat meat.

there is a lot up here just last night a buddy of mine went out got to the tree and seen 3 around his dog this can be deadly for are dogs cyote will jump your dog if its by its self and some times in a pack so watch ur hounds back guys my cur was mald last night and i mald the cyote with my 22lr so watch out they might catch you or me off gaurd

i dont have a problem with the mangey, flea infested, trash eating, bunny killing, phesant killing, nasty stinky yotes. I KILL EVERY ONE I CAN.
