In the future do you think the world will be one big city? When I grow up I want to have 1000 acres in Canada, how much would it cost?

Teach Our children and their children to care for the lands. WOrk to keep overpopulation down.......
Be sure to support conservation of open lands. Work with fellow hunters to preserve our rights to hunt on those lands and other.
I can only try to do my part in that. I think I'm raising responsible sensible kids.... I worry for the generations to follow. I live for the future, to the best I can. I think it's all each of us can do.

It's happening now and I think we will see Mayjor losses in private hunting lands soon. It's creeping up on us now every month or so a house pops up in a woods around here, and then it's now more hunting that one.
In our childrens life time I belive hunting will be much like the rivers at spawning season ,[ so congested with people it won't be worth hunting ].
???? What do we Do ????
I could see it coming down to something like this, establishing a state fund
program, and getting landowners to enroll their land into it for a number of years, making it public hunting land for that time.
lets face it money talks and most people just want paid, we've all seen woods torn down and turned into field so land owners could put into farming tax programs.
The place I shot my first rabbit is just so one of those !!!!

LCK is right as usual, intelligent conservation. Proper planning of citties and towns, good use of the WMA's and of private land. Most important, EDUCATION. We need to education people on the importance of open spaces. That a large part of our country's heritage are these open spaces, something I think most everyone in the country can agree on. .

I'm a democrat and I'm a gun nut and I like to conserve the land and wildlife, in fact most democrats I know do too. Trust Me, I know a lot of them, most are farmers and hunters.
