Hey Sam, we have the same initials- My name is scott fox. Any how guys, I have an 84 or 85 mitsubishi mt160d, 16 horse 3 cyl diesel 4 wd model. My buddy had an Allis of about the same year, but it was only a 2wd tractor. But it had all the same parts, same 16 hp diesel, same tires same clutch same fenders and even the same 3pt lift brackets(i know cause all this stuff is on mine cept the motor, but i do have the starter). What i want to know is what model of Allis did my friend have, because i would like to look for one. he has junked his and cannot remember what model it is.

Scott, do you have any relatives around Shelbyville, IN? back to the tractor. 16 HP, was it like a lawnmower type? or just a very small tractor?

Not that i know of- the fox part of my family is all from northern kentucky. It is no what i would call a riding mower- the only mower i have for is for the 3 pt hitch. I believe it is classified as a compact tractor. i can't find any web pics of mine but i will try to get some on here.
