Hey everyone,
I just recently adopted this little girl from the pound. They said she was a "coonhound mix". I have never owned a hound before, so I was wondering if someone could point me in the direction of what she could be. She is five months old and weighs 25 lbs. I don't know if her growth was stunted any due to her previous owners having her spayed at 9 weeks old and not taking very good care of her. It's hard to tell in pictures, but her front legs have brown ticking and her back legs have black ticking. She also points, but I am not sure if this is a common hound trait. Any insight anyone has would be great!!!
