ive planted some roma maters years ago i believe but mine was the red kind and didnt get very big.my wife said they was canning maters,but i couldnt tell ya why they was better for canning.lol

next year ill try to plant a few,that is if i can find any here.i cant remember ever seeing the yellow romas around here.i got enough peppers to feed a army right now,and planted a few onions a little over a month ago and been eating on them this week.

i looked them up and there called golden roma italian,they look just like the ones i use to plant but mine were red and if i aint mistaken they come in earlier then big boys are better boys.i went hunting tonight and found tons of muscadines but for what ever reason i never saw the first huckleberry this year,usually when i find huckleberries the huntings over for me till i get a belly full of them.lol
