That would not fly here at all, people need a legitimate reason to shoot a dog such as harming livestock in my area. If they shoot a dog for running through their property, I would throw the book at them big time.

That guy is a tool. Sometimes dogs get sometimes a lot. One red bone in have gets out on a regular basis.I try to keep him in the pen but he's a smart bastad. If this guy shot my dog I would be furious. I wold ##*%* up his day for sure. That's not right in any way shape or form
