Post subject:  Picked up a walker today
So a friend of mine got ahold of me.
A friend of hers has a walker and she is two years old. They lost interest in her. Had her since a pup and is papered. Looking for the papers still but if they couldn't find someone to take her she was going to the pound. So I took her.
Very nice dog and hell of a nose. Never been worked on coon so I am going to get her familiar with a coon then start getting her in the woods.

good lookin dog. I started one at 2 yrs old and it was the fastest I have ever seen one start.

Yeah I figured she is out of the real puppy stage so just getting her around a coon and in the woods.
It will be a month or so before I really hunt her but I am looking forward to working her.

So I think I found out why they wanted her gone for free.
Great in the house, with the kids and other people but mean as all hell to other animals.
Damn shame to!
Think she might be a solo dog.
