What's the best way to cook em?

I skin and sell the hides. But I also trap so I have more than I would just hunting

I leave around 95% of them sitting in the tree. When it cools off people start asking for them so I shoot a few here and there.

I eat them.I'm not going to kill game that won't be used.If I have too many I boil them up for the dogs

same here they make a grate barbeque, i cook them in a crock pot till the meat falls of the bone then i use kc master peace and add some brown sugar to taste my whole family loves it!
