I'm a proud guy. I've been working the ##*%* outa my bluedog. He's finally coming around nicely. Struck one in a berry patch at 400 yards. Ran him on the ridge line and treed at 775 yards. Held the pressure for 25 min. I walk up and he's split treed 15 yards apart. Going tree to tree keeping pressure. I was so happy I looked like the guy from the Viagra commercial. Rolled both them to him had a small party praised and petted him up. It's nice to see all the hours of training paying off. Running 5 nights a week and finally as of the last few nights the coon haven't had the upper hand. Lol

If I don't run him for a night or 2 he bothers the heck outa me. Hounds are way smarter than most people give them credit for. He knows it's hunting season and he knows when it's not

Not Brag when your hound does it right! I know that feeling after all the others you have to endure while training. Love to hear a hound work and tree, but guess I'm wired different. Love the beginning as much if not more than the result. To me there is something special about the training. Taking a raw hound and showing him/her what he/she was bred for. Take in alot of hounds folks have given up on and most, not all, but more often than not is not the hound but the bad training and handler mistakes that made the hound a cull. That's to me is very special. Congrads on your success and brag all you want. You've earned it! LOL
