I have not really hunted much for about ten years. Now I have two boys ages 7 and 5. Recently a friend gave us a Walker female. We haven't had much luck, but she is starting to come around. Tonight she did a great job. My 7 year got to shoot his 1st coon. I am very proud of him!

Yeehaw! I take my 5 year old nephew out with me. I love sitting him down when the dogs working the timbers and swamps and painting a picture in his imagination of what the dogs doing and thinking while tracking him.

That's time and a bond you can't get anywhere else. I'm having a son next month and I'm really looking forward too getting him into the woods one day
