For those of you who mentioned it's a bad habit & if you wish you would quit...
My neighborhood store sells some mint chew. It's NOT TOBACCO. It comes in the little can just like tobacco, but it's just little pouches of mint. You don't even have to spit if you don't want, because the juice is just mint so you can swallow it. I don't chew, but it seemed like a good idea for someone trying to kick the habit, or even just cut down. That way you don't have to work on the addiction and the habit at the same time... you can work on one at a time.
Not trying to say anybody needs to quit... no skin off my nose if you want cancer in your gums.
But a few of you kinda sounded like you wished you didn't have the habit.
