grizzly is what i chew id chew kodiak but its expensive me.

well... I have been chewin since the middle of seventh grade and I am only a freshamn so I do but havent for very long I should quit but I dont know I just do none of my friends do in fact I got all of them started unfortanetly I chew OPs (other peoples) so yah

I wish i would have never started. I did it to quit smoking and now i cant get off the chew(7 yrs ago). I think its harder to quit than cigarettes. The only good part is i dont get harrassed about the smoke. Skoal Mint or Grizzly Mint.

i have been dipping since about 7 grade me and my buddy would ask to go to the bathroom and we would get us a dip i know it will give you mouth cancer but the way i look at it u onlly live once so do what u want id rather regret something than never regret anything im a grizzly straigth man

I do dip Skoal Long cut w/g. But not real often, only when I am at work, hunting(day or night), watching the tube or driving down the highway. My wife says I am addicted to the stuff, I tell her that when I have to get out of bed to spit then and only then will I agree.

Just to throw a hint of health in here some wheres!
My dentist told me to remind my hubby not to dip in the same area every time and switch sides every other chew because its worse on the mouth and gums when you get in the habit of leaving it in the same position.
And it is more addictive than the smokes & has bad health effects but smells allot better. My son is addicted to the salted sun flower seeds, I told him he was going to get high blood pressure as much salt he sucks off em. And he's always spitting along side my hubbie chewing! I dont know which is worse!LOL!

im a copenhagen man use to chew the flavored stuff for afew years but my lip and gums got to were they would bleed and burn like sin but i was told it was the surger in it and to switch to cope and i did aint had that trouble since and have been chewing copenhagen for about 3 yrs now must be something to that i dont spit how many others swallow the juice

For those of you who mentioned it's a bad habit & if you wish you would quit...
My neighborhood store sells some mint chew. It's NOT TOBACCO. It comes in the little can just like tobacco, but it's just little pouches of mint. You don't even have to spit if you don't want, because the juice is just mint so you can swallow it. I don't chew, but it seemed like a good idea for someone trying to kick the habit, or even just cut down. That way you don't have to work on the addiction and the habit at the same time... you can work on one at a time.
Not trying to say anybody needs to quit... no skin off my nose if you want cancer in your gums. But a few of you kinda sounded like you wished you didn't have the habit.
