We have a few horses and two mules.
Just trail ride. One is an Arabian my daughter,s ride. Have a quarter
belgian cross that i ride have a blue roan thats my wifes .The mules
my boys ride . and last but not least we have a pony that fills in for
any of the kids friends that might be around when we get ready for a ride.
The kids ride every day in the summer than usally we all go on the
weekends. There are 8 in are family so when all have friends around
there is always somebody wanting to go.
I have a ( my dad has) a really nice sorrow jenny mule name Bunny who he trained like a dog and will come on comand (actually pretty funny to see) and I have a new young little pinto filly that is to young to ride yet and another short little pinto gelding and a palimino mare that is the mother to my newest pinto that I discribed earlier we usually just hunt with them but they we do acationally go to brandings and rope off them
4 aqha filly 3 yr old gray 3yr old sorrel 2 yrold bay and 2 yr old chestnut that we bottle fed for awile the mare didnt have enough milk so we bottle fed her found a mare that had just lost her colt bought her cheap put my colt on her and she did great what is the horse market like in other areas not very good here in missouri
Hes for sale if your interested.. hes easy enough to breed.. perfect gentleman!! I dont want to geld him.. but there is no sense in breeding when the foals are only selling for $350-$600... and he puts lots of color into them.. but there is no market up here for them... He is a smooth ride.. so my plan is to geld him and just use him on cattle, security & trailriding.. hes so mellow.. you would never know he was a stud.. he lives in the pasture with everyone else and has never been a problem with anyone..
susie is that sell barn price or off the farm yearling s to 2 yr old here are bringing any were 75 to 300 depending on what they are that is sell barn price riders and driver s aint much better
That is off the farm.. my babies are all imprinted.. Im there when they are born and imprinting.. they are halter broke, lead, tie, lunge, trim and are trailer broke before they leave this farm. They also have their vaccinations and wormer and coggins test. My babies dont go to sales barns. I dont believe in them!! If you want quality.. go to the farm.. if you want to take a chance and get what you pay for. .. go to a sales barn..
